Our online cooking sessions take place on Zoom every Friday at 11am. Join our friendly group to learn some great new recipes, share and receive hints and tips from others in the group and be inspired to cook healthy nutritious meals to support your mental and physical health. Our online sessions are demonstrations so there is no need to cook along. Just sit back, watch and enjoy and try the recipes in your own time.
