Project Food runs hands-on courses and demonstrations with various local organisations supporting people with a range of physical and mental health conditions. These sessions are adapted according to the needs of the groups we are working with and can be suitable for all levels of confidence and mobility. All of our sessions are currently online, but we hope to start one to one and family group support sessions in the new year. Please check back for updates.
