This guide helps you to decide what to eat and in what proportions.

  • Try to eat at least 5 portions of fruit & veg every day
  • Try to eat wholegrain carbohydrates including brown rice, brown pasta, wholegrain bread and wholegrain cereals.
  • Try to eat low fat dairy products
  • Try not to eat processed foods / convenience / ready meals
