- Try to eat at least 5 portions of fruit & veg every day
- Try to eat wholegrain carbohydrates including brown rice, brown pasta, wholegrain bread and wholegrain cereals
- Try to eat low fat dairy products
- Try not to eat processed foods / convenience / ready meals
- Try to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated
